The title of this painting is... "We are Stardust...We are Golden..." I created it to honour the memory of our tall, gentle, laid-back, beautiful, golden dog ... Bernard. He was an extremely big Lurcher and such a kind and loving boy. He came to us from an animal rescue centre and was a with us for many years, until he was ready to go, at 13 years old. This also honours all sighthounds who have, euphemistically, 'crossed over the rainbow bridge'. 
It is said that... 'there are no straight lines in Nature.'
There are none in my Artwork either. As I'm incapable of drawing a straight line. They always undulate, to a lesser or greater extent. Just as well, really, or I wouldn't be able to create the Spirals & Labyrinths that I love and mean so much to me. |
